TEDx Spokane
Ever since I first started watching TED talks giving one has been on my bucket list of things I wanted to do someday. Well, an amazing thing happened in the fall of 2015: the people organizing TEDx Spokane asked me to do one. I was terrified and excited and completely over my head. It was one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done to write and memorize and perform that talk. It was also an amazing experience.
So here’s my talk on why YA lit is for everyone. It’s a sort of love letter to the books and writing community I love unapologetically.
